• Note : All Lyson Products will take about 3-5 days for delivery
• We aim to get parcels out the same day if ordered before 3pm and we have the stock. Otherwise it can take 2-3 days, so please call if need urgently.

      If items are despatched with Royal Mail and have not been received,after
        3-5 working days  please check with your local sorting office to see if
the parcel is waiting for you to collect, Royal mail do not always leave
cards to inform you of this. (Royal
Mail do not class a parcel lost until 15 working days have passed after the
due delivery date)

If items are despatched by Courier, delivery is usually within 1-2 working
days (mon-fri), If the item(s) has not been received after 2 days please
inform us.
